We are excited to announce we are opened and accepting new clients. Our idea was a simple one. After decades in the information technology, we have seen the time wasted with other services where we had to deal with technology “experts” who were less than experts. The time wasted while tickets flounder in lower tier support levels. We understand that time lost is productivity lost and ultimately revenue lost. So our model is that we provide our clients with senior level support from the time they log a ticket to resolution.
Additionally, we have seen clients who are smaller get less attention to revenue generators. Our belief is that every client is important. We want to give each client our best expert support. We strive to give each client professional personalized service. We respect our client’s time, budget constraints, and have or can source solutions for your needs.
Finally, we have seen other companies promise the world to their clients. And then comes the request they are not equipped to handle, and they end up learning on an organization’s production environment. We will not be that company. If you bring a request we are not equipped to handle (unlikely as it might be) we will be up front and offer recommendations to a resource that can.
